Beth Moore Statement Confirms 2015 Tornado Prophecy

“Only a fool gloats when others fail. He or she is surely next. All those standing, beating their chests, are at a dangerous altitude for getting hit. The only safe place for any of us right now is down low.”
~Beth Moore, May 31, 2018

“…the Spirit of the Lord is telling you today— it is time to get to low ground. God is targeting the leadership— in the same way that a tornado, or a bolt of lightning, targets everything that is exalted.“

No, it didn’t make its way into the Baptist Faith & Message. But coming from one of the most respected leaders in SBC history, from the pulpit of historic megachurch First Baptist Dallas (which reached a membership of 28,000 under Criswell), one thing is sure.

It did make its way into the ears and hearts of many Southern Baptists.
