Beth Moore Statement Confirms 2015 Tornado Prophecy

“But if any prophet presumes to speak anything in my name that I have not authorized him to speak, or speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet must die. Now if you say to yourselves, ‘How can we tell that a message is not from the Lord?’ – whenever a prophet speaks in my name and the prediction is not fulfilled, then I have not spoken it; the prophet has presumed to speak it, so you need not fear him.” Deuteronomy 18:20-22 (NET)

Everybody’s talking judgement these days. Especially in the Southern Baptist Convention.

Racial tensions are running high.

#MeToo and #churchtoo revelations of sex crimes, moral failings, and cover-ups have taken down several key denominational leaders.

Al Mohler recently described the SBC debacle as The Wrath of God Poured Out — The Humiliation of the Southern Baptist Convention,”

And on May 3rd, 2018, Beth Moore posted a piece called,In Response to the SWBTS Board of Trustees Decision”.

In her response, Mrs. Moore unintentionally confirmed a prophecy given in 2015.

  • On June 22, 2015— the next day— a widespread line of storms called a derecho swept through the US, causing numerous destructive tornadoes all over the map, many in places that don’t normally experience tornadoes.

  • In an even more specifically targeted fulfillment of this prophecy, four churches in Portland, Michigan, were destroyed in this tornadic outbreak, literally bringing steeples to the ground in a dramatic illustration of what God has purposed to do in the Body of Christ. (See video.)

  • This spring of 2018, the #churchtoo movement triggered the beginning of a targeted removal of key church leaders.

Excerpts from Beth Moore’s Statement:

In Response to the SWBTS Board of Trustees Decision”

May 31st, 2018

These are sobering days. These are days for each of us to go on our faces before God, searching our own sin-prone hearts, repenting for our own transgressions and asking God to dislodge planks out of our own eyes…

These things ought to scare us to death. These things are presently scaring me to death. Only a fool gloats when others fail. He or she is surely next. The mighty arm of God is swinging. He is so patient, merciful and kind. I do not doubt that He has urged and urged these matters to repentance and transformation only to be resisted and now, no less out of His mercy, grace and love for the church, He is coming swiftly.

All those standing, beating their chests, are at a dangerous altitude for getting hit.

The only safe place for any of us right now is down low.

From there God will set us back on our feet in due time, freshly humbled and, therefore, ready for greater works to come as we carry the torch of the gospel in an increasingly dark world…

The winds of change have been blowing for a while. But these winds have been upgraded to a hurricane. A holy hurricane. And what you do after a hurricane – I know this for a fact – is roll up your sleeves, love like you’ve never loved before, prepare for a long haul of healing, run first to the aid of those with the most destruction then to the larger community hurting, survey the damage, clean out the mud and debris and start rebuilding on solid rock.

“and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Matthew 16:18

Beth Moore 2018 Statement vs Tornado Prophecy 2015

BETH MOORE 2018:

“Only a fool gloats when others fail. He or she is surely next. All those standing, beating their chests, are at a dangerous altitude for getting hit.

The only safe place for any of us right now is down low.

TORNADO PROPHECY 2015:

“And that is what the Lord, the Spirit of the Lord is telling you today— those of you who are in the Church: it is time to get to low ground.

God is targeting the leadership— in the same way that a tornado, or a bolt of lightning, targets everything that is exalted.

If you are in an exalted position in the Church, God is going to take you down.

BETH MOORE 2018:

“The mighty arm of God is swinging. He is so patient, merciful and kind. I do not doubt that He has urged and urged these matters to repentance and transformation only to be resisted and now, no less out of His mercy, grace and love for the church, He is coming swiftly.”

TORNADO PROPHECY 2015:

“I have been sent to tell you today— the tornado is on the ground.”

“I am coming to you today, as a servant of the Lord, to tell you this tornado, this storm, this lightning, is coming.

BETH MOORE 2018:

“The winds of change have been blowing for a while. But these winds have been upgraded to a hurricane. A holy hurricane.

TORNADO PROPHECY 2015:

Your leaders may be prophesying ‘Peace and prosperity’, but that word is not from the Lord. Peace and prosperity? No! A storm and a whirlwind.”

“With his hands he covers the lightning, and directs it against its target. His thunder announces the coming storm, the cattle also, concerning the storm’s approach.” Job 36:32

‘See, the storm of the Lord will burst out in wrath,
a whirlwind swirling down on the heads of the wicked.’~Jeremiah 23:19 (NET)”

BETH MOORE 2018:

“…What you do after a hurricane…is roll up your sleeves, love like you’ve never loved before, prepare for a long haul of healing…survey the damage, clean out the mud and debris and start rebuilding on solid rock.

TORNADO PROPHECY 2015:

If you know God’s plan, you will see your future through the dust and debris, and you will not fall away. He is tearing us down to our one true foundation.
